Spring Polka Fest in Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin

If you are in the Wisconsin Dells, WI area in the spring time then make sure you pop along to the Spring Polka Fest at the Howard Johnson conference center and Antiqua Bay Water Park. This is a great vanue as it is a hotel with restaurant, water park and business facilities so it has everything you coudl possibly need while you are there. If you are a fan of polka then this is obviously a great event for you, but even if you are not then there is plenty of fun to be had. The music is catchy and is bound to get you tapping those toes and it is bound to get the children dancing. The dates of the festival change each year and so you need to check with their tourism office or the town website to find out exactly when it is being held. It runs ovr three days - a Friday, Saturday and Sunday normally in April. It makes a good change from the water parks whcih the area is famous for and provides an alternative way to keep fit and have fun. There is also an Autumn Polka Fest so if you are not visiting in the spring, this might be more useful for you. There is so much to do in the Wisconsin Dells area with museums and water parks as well as lovely countryside. There are many tourist attractions aimed at families so your stay will certainly be fun packed and busy.
